As the leading telecom provider in the Qatari market with a wide range of services targeted at end-users and businesses alike, Ooredoo needed to digitize their branches and equip them with tools and technologies with a goal of reaching their clients with offers and promotions effectively. We are proud to say that MOSECO worked with Ooredoo to develop their Go-Green Solution, which allowed Ooredoo to go paperless with their operation by replacing all paper forms with electronic ones. Ooredoo clients now sign on interactive tablets/screens connected to Ooredoo’s back-office/business systems.
